The CBC Job Gender and Age Equalizer project is a targeted initiative designed to increase the participation of women, young people, and vulnerable groups of women in the labor market. By introducing innovative pilot support measures, the project directly addresses the challenges of employment inclusiveness and mobility in the targeted cross-border regions. The project is carried out across various locations in both the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of North Macedonia. In Serbia, the implementation spans the municipalities of Vranje, Vrnjačka Banja, Vladičin Han, and Trgovište. In North Macedonia, the project is active in the municipalities of Butel and Gjorče Petrov. The project runs from September 30, 2023, to March 29, 2025.

Overall Objective: The main goal of the project is to increase the participation of women, young people, and vulnerable groups of women in the labor market. This is achieved by introducing pilot support measures that directly contribute to promoting employment, labor mobility, and social and cultural inclusion across borders.
