Association “Pravedni i Profesionalni”

The Association “Pravedni i Profesionalni” was established in 2018 with the aim of raising the level of competence of administrative officials, protecting their rights and interests, and strengthening the capacities for good governance, fostering citizens’ trust in institutions at the state and local level, promoting expertise, professional ethics, service orientation, efficiency, and responsibility of employees in public administration. The motivation for civil activism arose from the increasingly frequent negative reactions of the public regarding the professionalism of public administration, amateurism, and the absence of personal and collective responsibility, as well as the need for systematic support of administrative officials in cases of corrupt activities, political revanchism, and legal uncertainty. The Association cooperates with officials from all ministries, secretariats, agencies, bureaus, directorates, commissions, and other state bodies, as well as all inspectorates and several municipalities. Through the Association, all officials can engage in the implementation of Government plans and programs, national strategies, and actions that lead to reforms in public administration. A significant part of the activities is focused on the protection of state real estate, centralized records, and monitoring the legal use and disposal of state property both in the country and abroad.
