As part of the CBC Job Gender and Age Equalizer project, we are excited to roll out several key initiatives aimed at enhancing inclusion and creating more opportunities in the labor market, while significantly boosting the project’s visibility.
We kicked off the project with two successful opening events in both countries that featured prominent figures from both sides. These events were pivotal in showcasing our planned activities, outlining anticipated results, and detailing the project’s structure. They served as a high-profile platform for promoting cross-border cooperation and highlighting the opportunities available to all involved.
The CBC Web Platform and CBC Assistant Mobile Application are now live, designed to be central resources that elevate the project’s visibility. The web platform provides comprehensive information on employability opportunities, training materials, event calendars, and inspiring success stories, along with best practices from employers and articles focusing on women in male-dominated sectors. The mobile application complements this by offering notifications and audio podcasts, ensuring that users can stay engaged and informed wherever they are.
The project features a significant study visit and conference designed to enhance its visibility and impact. This high-profile event will showcase the project’s outcomes and involve high-ranking officials, drawing considerable media attention. It will include presentations, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, complemented by peer-learning workshops and B2B meetings. These activities are integral to amplifying the project’s influence and visibility, strengthening collaborative efforts, and demonstrating our commitment to fostering a more inclusive labor market.
Through this event, we aim to highlight the crucial work being done to improve employability and create more inclusive opportunities for women, young people, and vulnerable groups. We are excited to share updates as these impactful activities continue to unfold.
