We are undertaking a thorough review and analysis of the situation for women employed in male-dominated sectors in both the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of North Macedonia. This process involves creating detailed policy briefs that provide critical information and recommendations for relevant stakeholders. These briefs will outline priorities and suggest specific areas where support and intervention are needed to better assist women working in these sectors.
To ensure the policy briefs are comprehensive and relevant, we will conduct focus groups with individuals who will contribute valuable insights and perspectives. These discussions will help shape the recommendations and ensure they address the real-world challenges faced by women in male-dominated fields.
The finalized policy briefs will be shared with our target groups and key stakeholders, offering clear guidance on how to implement effective interventions and support strategies.
