In the course of the project, we are actively establishing partnerships with employers, municipalities, the National Employment Services, and relevant ministries. This collaboration is essential for addressing the significant public awareness gap regarding gender stereotypes in the labor market and education, as well as the lack of effective cooperation between sectors.
By forging these partnerships, we aim to enhance the inclusivity of the labor market and create employment opportunities for marginalized groups in the cross-border regions of Serbia and North Macedonia. This effort is crucial for building a supportive network that promotes gender equality and integrates underrepresented groups into the economic mainstream.
