We are initiating comprehensive training programs designed to address gender stereotypes and enhance career opportunities for women, young people, and vulnerable groups in male-dominated fields.

Our first training focuses on dismantling gender stereotypes and overcoming the barriers that limit career choices in sectors traditionally dominated by men. This program aims to challenge and change perceptions, helping participants build the confidence needed to pursue careers without being hindered by societal biases.

In addition, we are rolling out specialized training sessions in three critical areas: ICT, metal processing, and construction. These fields are not only vital for economic growth but also currently facing significant skills shortages. Our training programs are tailored to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge for these high-demand sectors.

For ICT, the training will cover essential topics such as digital marketing, trends in the digital era, and practical internet tools for job creation and business development. This will prepare participants to leverage digital technologies effectively and explore new job opportunities in a rapidly evolving field.

Similarly, our metal processing and construction training will provide an in-depth look at various occupations within these sectors. Participants will learn about well-paid roles that are in high demand, and they will gain hands-on experience through interactions with potential employers. This practical approach is intended to enhance employability and foster a greater interest in these traditionally male-dominated industries.

By implementing these training programs, we aim to break down gender barriers, address skills shortages, and create a more inclusive and equitable labor market. This is a crucial step toward ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to pursue fulfilling careers and contribute to economic development.
