In response to the low public awareness surrounding gender stereotypes in the labor market and education, as well as the lack of collaboration between public, private, and civil sectors, our project will address these issues through a strategic media campaign.
We are producing engaging video and audio content to raise awareness and promote the inclusion of marginalized groups in the labor market. This content highlights success stories from women in male-dominated occupations and features messages from high-ranking officials, entrepreneurs and representatives from various sectors. The aim is to spotlight the positive impact of women breaking stereotypes and to showcase the support from key stakeholders.
By reaching a broad audience, we aim to significantly raise awareness about gender stereotypes and encourage greater public support for inclusive economic practices. This initiative is crucial for fostering a more informed and collaborative approach to tackling gender inequality and supporting marginalized groups in the workforce.
